I use psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult life transitions, ADHD, teen and young adult issues, parent-teen relational problems, stress and anger management problems, and mood dysregulation disorders. I also am excited to add that I am now a Brainspotting Practitioner!
I am an LGBTQ+ ally and a Domestic Violence-trained professional. My approach is warm, energetic and welcoming, and I work with children, teens and adults in both in-person or virtual sessions. I have been a first responder my entire adult life, which gives me a unique perspective on human behavior and suffering, emotions, and resiliency.
