I specialize in helping people incorporate spirituality into their treatment to improve overall wellness and mental health. Mindfulness-based and insight-oriented approaches, such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), can be very helpful in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and big life changes. ACT focuses on accepting that there will be challenges in your life and then using your values to take committed action to respond in healthier ways. In return, people feel like they have more control over their lives and stop feeling helpless.
As a therapist, my goal is to build a trusted and positive relationship with you. We can work together and focus on your strengths to figure out how you can move forward towards your goals. I will respect where you are while also working with you to meet your full potential so you can feel more like yourself.
