My therapeutic approach is open, warm, compassionate, and curious. I integrate Psychology and Buddhism and believe a holistic approach that attends to body, mind, and sprit is crucial to healing. Foundational to my practice is the idea that a deep wisdom resides within all of us. I strive to co-create a safe space where individuals can explore the lightest and darkest aspects of self without the self-judgment and criticism so prevalent in our culture. When trauma and pain are witnessed and individuals feel seen and understood, wisdom can prevail so that one can heal, while recognizing and actualizing their potential and chosen path.
