My experience in working with people has given me a unique outlook on the human condition and the complex nature of relationships. I earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in 1987 and a certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the New York School for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in 1990. I have been a Clinical Psychologist for 44 years and teaching and supervising at the graduate and post-doctoral level for 35 years. After receiving my doctorate in Clinical Psychology I completed ten additional years of training in Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy, Group Therapy and Family & Marital Therapy. I see adults, adolescents, couples and families and specialize in intensive individual therapy and treating highly distressed couples.
