I specialize in Maternal Mental Health (PMH-C). I am also trained in EMDR. I've worked in a non-profit mentoring program, group private practice, mental health clinic and a school-based therapeutic program. I work with older adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and in need of support during challenging life transitions.
