Hello and thank you for visiting my profile page. My passion is helping people find and reclaim their inner strengths and abilities. All too often, therapy focuses on the negatives - i.e. what is going wrong with life. I believe it is just as important to figure out what is going right, and that is why we will work on two things: 1.) Lessening you or your child's suffering, and 2.) Building up self-esteem and self-reliance in the process.
I believe early intervention is key, and that is why I work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families. I also do work with adults struggling with depression, trauma, intense emotions, anxiety, grief, and recent life transitions.
