I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic interventions, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I also facilitate a Men's Therapy and Support Group in a safe, supportive environment.
