As a clinical social worker, I value a strengths-based approach in meeting folks wherever they are in pursuing growth & recovery. I believe we all thrive in open & authentic relationships & it is important to accept people as they are. True healing is fostered through trusting relationships without judgment or shame. After 8 years of practicing in community mental health settings, I am beginning a private practice to continue supporting the community. I have worked with adolescents, families, & young adults with mental health concerns, trauma related distress, & substance use issues. I am open to working with adults of any age.
