A creative & expressive arts group for fat, plus-size, and bigger bodies. This group is not restricted to certain genders or sexualities. We will uproot diet culture, challenge notions of health and beauty, and explore our relationships with our bodies through music, writing, and other creative arts modalities. Participants should also be open to challenging aspects of their privilege alongside honoring their experiences in a marginalized body, as we will hold the complexity of oppression and liberation that we all embody uniquely. For the time being, this group will meet via telehealth.

Creative Arts Birthing
Looking for a special way to prepare for parenting? Join our new prenatal creative arts group! You will make your own birth art and learn music strategies to support you through pregnancy, labor, & delivery. Music will also get you started on attaching with your baby in-utero. All genders & relationship styles welcome. This group is 12 weeks long and will meet from June 4 to August 27, with a break on July 2.

Creative Arts Grief Group
Participants will be supported through the grieving process with music, poetry, and other creative arts. Participants will also create memorial projects of their own to take with them as they continue to heal and remember their loved one(s). This group is 12 weeks long and will meet from June 4 to August 27, with a break on July 2.
