I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. I am trained in Mindfulness therapeutic approaches and coach clients in meditation and mindfulness techniques. I am a certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I also provide parent coaching.
I use EMDR and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) when appropriate and with client's permission. I combine western therapy practices and Buddhist psychology in both secular and spiritual ways depending on client preferences.
