I have trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing. and pro-longed exposure. ACT helps people find purpose in their lives, motivational interviewing helps motivate those who feel "stuck" and pro-longed exposure therapy helps those suffering the effects of trauma or abuse.
