I presently am unable to take new clients. I hope this will change in the near future as the pandemic slows down. My apologies. I have over 40 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with adult individuals or couples, and children/teenagers/young adults with their families.

I believe that every person deserves a therapist they feel understood and supported by. I provide a compassionate, respectful and non-judgmental approach. I offer In-Person, Video or Phone Sessions and support clients to discover and use their inner strengths and values to develop positive solutions - whether struggling with a long-time chronic issue or with an adjustment to a difficult life event or crisis. I offer both brief and longer-term therapy as appropriate. I believe that committing to work through life's challenges can often result in unimaginable joy and meaning.

Finding the right ‘person’ for yourself or a loved one can be beyond challenging. You want to know that that person will be truly engaged in what you have to say, won’t judge you by your thoughts or behaviors, and care enough about you to offer compassion and guidance through your toughest days. I’m familiar with this search, and I believe that I could be the person you need right now as you begin the work to your higher self. One of the first things I tell all of my clients is that they have to feel a connection with their therapist. You have to feel safe, supported and most importantly, respected.
