Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life! You have obviously decided that you need a change and have taken the first step by looking for help. I specialize in addiction and trauma treatment. I utilize traditional therapy interventions, EMDR, and Sandtray therapy. I am basic trained in both EMDR and Sandtray, which are specialized psychotherapy treatments. They help individual reprocess their traumas in nontraditional ways so they are no longer distressing. By reprocessing the trauma, individuals can heal and make positive changes.

Katie is a dedicated and compassionate counselor who has experience in helping a diverse client base work through a wide array of issues, including sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, violent crime, parenting difficulties, divorce, spiritual growth, depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and OCD. She has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which is an evidence-based treatment for minors who have experienced significant trauma.
