Our philosophy is to provide you inspired, professional, evidence-based mental health services to transform your grief and rebuild your life in meaningful ways.
Grief looks different in each person, and we approach your treatment with empathy, knowledge, and specialized interventions. We also have opportunities for healing outside of the therapy room with grief support groups. We are here to help you heal and learn new ways of living without feeling forced through "stages" that really do not exist.

The Survivors of Suicide Loss Group is an in-person, therapeutic group designed for those friends and family members left behind after a suicide loss. Over an 8-week period, the group, lead by licensed therapists, will meet weekly to learn, grow, and heal together through their grief.
