My goal is to gain a thorough understanding of strengths and challenges, in order to provide diagnostic clarity as well as appropriate recommendations so that you can reach your full potential. I see the assessment process as therapeutic in nature. As such, I strive to develop strong relationships with individuals, and families so that together, we can advocate for you or your child's learning and social-emotional needs.

I enjoy working with adults and couples struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, relationship distress, and questions related to faith and spirituality. I have a specific passion for helping Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), and others who have been impacted by substance abuse. My goal is to offer a safe space for you to be heard as you explore thoughts, beliefs, relationship patterns, and ways of coping that may be obstacles to living a more fulfilled life. For over 20 years I have worked with adolescents and their families on learning to communicate more effectively and gain a sense of control over their lives. I have a strong background in working with adolescents and adults with drug and alcohol issues.
