I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in evaluation of Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities psychological testing for children and adults. My goal is to gain a thorough understanding of strengths and challenges, in order to provide diagnostic clarity as well as appropriate recommendations so that you can reach your full potential. I see the assessment process as therapeutic in nature. As such, I strive to develop strong relationships with individuals, and families so that together, we can advocate for you or your child's learning and social-emotional needs.

My counseling specialties include working with adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, relational & parenting, and other concerns. I take an active and solution-oriented role in the counseling process.

I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan. My clinical practice is informed by psychodynamic, narrative, ACT, DBT, and CBT/cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness skills, and strategies to promote compassionate self-awareness and tools to manage emotions and relationships.

The Teen Social Skills Group @ NMPS group is open to students 14-18 who have difficulty initiating and maintaining friendships. Our goal is for teens to build social skills and strengthen their confidence while connecting with their peers.
