I enjoy working with adults and couples struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, relationship distress, and questions related to faith and spirituality. I have a specific passion for helping Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), and others who have been impacted by substance abuse. My goal is to offer a safe space for you to be heard as you explore thoughts, beliefs, relationship patterns, and ways of coping that may be obstacles to living a more fulfilled life. I am a counselor working with clients ranging in age from adolescents to adults. I work with clients focusing on a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, navigating relationships, neurodivergence, life transitions, and with those who are feeling lost in life.

My perspective is that life is complicated and it's easy to get lost along the way as we face our own struggles like fear, insecurity, shame and worry. If we keep those struggles in the dark, they'll only take root and trip us up and make us start to forget truth. It's only by bringing those dark places into the light that those roots can vanish and we can see truth and grow in ways we could never imagine. It's my joy to partner with others through that process and remove the stigma in seeking help.

As an experienced therapist, I have dealt with a broad range of mental health issues. I work with a network of physicians, mental health providers, and spiritual advisors to provide the best care for my clients. I aim to guide clients in asking the right questions and finding answers that lead to positive and progressive outcomes in the therapeutic process. While my primary focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I employ other techniques as needed to help my clients achieve the change they desire.

Many people come to counseling feeling stuck in certain behaviors, relational patterns, or emotional cycles, perhaps without even understanding why, or without hope of lasting change. My desire is to journey with you toward emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational wholeness.
