I enjoy inviting people to therapeutic spaces to speak about the issues and challenges that are important to them. I consider the therapeutic space a sacred, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where people can share their stories, joys, celebrations, challenges, and struggles in life. Life is a journey and I desire to journey with you as you discover your authentic self by understanding your core beliefs, relationships, spiritual values, narratives, ethics, and family systems. My approach to counseling is collaborative and relational as I seek to partner with you towards a path of health and wholeness.
My counseling practice includes individual, couple, family, and group therapy. I integrate spirituality, psychotherapy, pastoral care and counseling to assist people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loss, stress, anger, trauma, and spiritual-theological challenges. I work with women in the areas of cultural relational dynamics.
I desire to connect with my clients as they navigate through their personal relationships and life's transitions. I would love to journey with you towards emotional, psychological, and spiritual renewal and well-being.
