My name is Niesha Perry, M.Ed,LPCC-S, LICDC-CS. I specialize in providing both mental health and substance abuse counseling for individuals in need to healing and growth. Individuals facing life stressors should have a dedicated and empathic relationship with someone they can trust. I have been providing counseling services in residential, community and school settings since 2010. My areas of competence include but are not limited to depression, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, conduct disorder, ODD and DMDD. My goal is to increase each client's level of functioning and assist them with identifying the missing piece in their lives.

I help people to improve their relationships, self-esteem; provide support and effective techniques to resolve problems, manage and overcome feelings of depression and anxiety and worry, and to deal with stressful life and work situations. I also support people to deal with the residual effects of having grown up in difficult family situations. I provide coaching, helping you to reach important life goals, to define a direction for yourself, and build on your strengths. Finding natural methods to put the body and emotions back in balance, is an important component of treatment.

Kelsey works with clients from 12 years old to adulthood. She has experience working with anxiety disorders, trauma history, mood disorders, chronic illness, individuals with family relationship concerns, parents to young children, and neurodivergency. She believes the relationships we create in life impact how we feel about ourselves and interact with others, and explores their impact on clients’ overall wellbeing.

Jessica Lieberth specializes in clinical treatment for mental health issues in adults, particularly anxiety and depression, relationship/family issues, OCD, grief, postpartum issues and Christian counseling. She has some training in treating trauma, and has extensive personal interest and learning in healthy diet, exercise, & lifestyle, and the benefits of such on one's mental health. She has worked in both community mental health and private practice, and helped form a counseling agency from the ground up.

Bill Smith is a licensed independent therapist in Ohio and Florida and is in the Willoughby hills office seasonally. He has received training at the Milton Erickson Foundation in hypnosis and brief therapy and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He has supervised clinical staff and graduate students, trained professionals in family and strategic therapy and has been an adjunct professor in the graduate school at Cleveland State University. His therapy style is problem focused and solution oriented based on the following beliefs: 1.

Dr. Mary V. Schaffer is a Clinical Psychologist that has been practicing for over thirty years working with all ages across the adult life span. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Union Institute, a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and Bachelor's in Psychology from Kent State University. Dr. Schaffer trained as a graduate research assistant at Harvard University and her clinical-research interests continue to focus on understanding and treating the effects of child and adult emotional and physical traumas.

Maria D'Amico is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2008. She graduated from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio with a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling. Maria believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship in the success of treatment, and uses interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and supportive therapy. Her main areas of focus include treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. She has more expertise in treating children and women but is willing to help anyone where she is able.

Angela Grey has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing crisis intervention, stabilization and intensive counseling for adults, adolescents and children. She specializes in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and has extensive experience working with victims of crime, sexual trauma, domestic violence, bullying and narcissistic abuse. A special area of interest is in assisting adolescents with the exploration of gender and sexual identities. Angela uses a client-centered approach, is goal-oriented and believes progress in treatment should be measurable.

Bridget Verma received her master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Adler School of Professional Psychology and her bachelor's degree in Arts/Social Work from University of Akron. Bridget has worked at both community mental health agencies and private practice settings since 2004. She is experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults providing individual, family, and couples/marital counseling. She specializes in couples counseling and trauma but also has experience in working with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief/loss and mood disorders.

She has served in both inpatient and outpatient settings in a variety of responsibilities including clinical supervision, social services director and individual, group and family therapy. She earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Morehead State University and her master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky.
