I empower my clients to take care of themselves, advocate for their needs, and create a life that is for thriving, not just surviving. I enjoy working with teens and young adults struggling with disordered eating behaviors, emotional dysregulation/early symptoms of BPD, and suicidal ideation. I believe all behaviors, including these, are caused, and we can work together to better understand yours.
