I strive to create an empathic, respectful and affirming therapeutic relationship with you that is tailored to meet your unique needs. These needs may include a desire to maintain healthier relationships; identify and implement more consistent self-care practices or coping strategies; develop a deeper understanding of self; set firmer boundaries; process/heal from trauma; etc.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience serving a variety of populations and mental health diagnoses (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma, stress/anger management, etc.) using integrative approaches including but not limited to psychodynamic, humanistic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral and holistic. I offer telehealth sessions.
