Currently accepting in person clients for weekday appointments between 9a-2p and virtual clients after 4p. I enjoy working with people of all ages who are striving to move through and process the difficult life experiences, changes and transitions we all experience such as grief & loss, divorce, trauma, addictions of all kinds, parenting and behavioral problems in children and adolescents.

Trauma informed therapy encourages the exploration of connections between life experiences and how our body responds to stress. Your thoughts, behaviors and feelings are all connected. Healing is not linear, it's a journey and I'm passionate about guiding you through this process.

I am trained in many aspects with-in the mental health field and would like to be able to assist you in your journey of wellness. Understanding how to “feel” good again is your right. My approach in the session would consist of Cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR. Sessions are in-person located in Hamburg and Randolph NY or Telehealh.

I am a full-time practioner, and have been a therapist for over 30 years. I have worked in many different settings. I am not accepting new clients, other than the folks i have already communicated with. Trust is an important part of any relationship. I understand that it is something that is created slowly, and maintained over time. I often serve as someone who bears witness to the stories people bring with them. By listening to those that come to see me, I better understand their experiences and then have an opportunity to assist them to fully heal.

I have been working in the social work field for over 24 years. My experience has been primarily with Adolescents and Adults who suffer from addiction and mental health disorders. Throughout my career I have worked with DV, at risk youth, mentally ill, substance abuse, forensic mental health, court mandated clients in residential settings, OPMH clinics, treatment courts, NYS prisons & state operated psychiatric centers. I also have supervised the service delivery of several community based programs (SPOA, AOT, Hospital Diversion, Forensic Case Management, Crisis Services Coordination, Youth in Probation, Raise the Age & partnered w/ DSS to provide Behavioral Health/Recovery services to jointly served CPS clients).
