Accepting New Clients- As a therapist, my expertise revolves around working with individuals who struggle within relationships, are confused by patterns of self-harming or impulsive behaviors, are overwhelmed by their rapidly shifting emotions, and are struggling with the question "Who am I?" My areas of focus are Personality Disorders- specifically Borderline PD and Narcissistic PD, and trauma/PTSD. I provide a complimentary 15 minute phone call to aid in assessing your treatment needs and focus. Sessions are self-pay to help ensure confidentiality and your right to determination when it comes to your mental well-being.

My clinical focus is on adults who need education and/or support to understand how emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and psychological/emotional abuse have affected their self-image, relationships, choices in partners and friends, and behavioral patterns. I work with clients who have experienced C-PTSD which develops in response to long-term trauma, abuse, and/or emotional neglect. I can also help those trying to figure out if they’re in a relationship with a narcissist or wanting to learn healthier boundaries to better manage their relationship, in any capacity, with loved ones demonstrating narcissistic traits.

She brings a unique perspective to family therapy as she has worked in the behavioral and mental health field for some time now. Mrs. Jones facilitates community youth groups and IOP‘s. She has experience working with clients who have ADHD, PTSD, impulse control, personality disorders, and mood disorders. Mrs. Jones is also trained in EMDR.
