I specialize in using EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that offers a unique way to resolve distress by tapping into your body’s natural information processing system. Just as the body is equipped to heal a physical wound, the mind is gifted with the ability to transform past painful experiences with new and more adaptive ways of thinking and feeling.
Every person holds a unique blueprint of life experience when entering the therapy setting. As such, it is essential that treatment is tailored in a way that honors and supports all parts. I find the most joy in coming alongside clients on their journey as we notice the experiences that shape us with courage and compassion.
