I am in private practice at The Therapy Center for Wellness and Recovery. I co own this practice with 2 partners. We are a small therapy practice with lots of experience. We provide mental health and substance abuse services. We specialize in trauma and PTSD utilizing all types of therapy modalities. We see children and adults and have yrs of experience working with substance abuse consumers as well.

Hello! I have worked with clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, PTSD, gender and sexual identity issues, abuse, narcissistic abuse, addiction, sex work issues, and homelessness. I am also familiar with veteran issues. I'm a military Gold Star mother, so I'm familiar with loss, tragedy, and the grieving process. I have learned how to hold the memories of our loved ones dear, while continuing to find meaning in life. I'm also a mother to a wonderful young man, who is trans. Watching him go through the process of transformation to his true, authentic self was a wonderful experience to be a part of.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master's in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. I enjoy working with many diverse issues and clients. I am trained in DBT, as well as Play Therapy and Grief/Trauma. I have previously worked as a Clinical Therapist in a hospital behavioral health unit, as an adjunct professor and for a community mental health organization.

I enjoy a good challenge. I enjoy working with several different type clients. Lately I have been working with gamblers and really enjoy the challenges they present. I have a long history of working with children and know a lot about ADHD. Additionally, I enjoy discussing how GOD can change us and How to be Free.
