I view people from a holistic lens influenced by my experience working with couples and individuals from many different walks of life. My approach is attachment-focused, emotionally centered, and trauma-informed. This puts into clinical practice the belief that our deepest healing comes through connection– with ourselves, our world, and others. Through this lens with compassion and non-judgment, I journey alongside my clients toward holistic healing. This requires a renewed connection with ourselves and others and is achieved through working with the body, our brain, and the many different parts of your story.
My approach was honed through my experience working with couples facing communication difficulties and relationship ruptures, and with individuals. I have worked with a wide range of issues and specialize in relationship issues, OCD, depression, ADHD, anxiety, and addiction. I have received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Prepare/Enrich.
