I believe healing takes place through our relationships with others, and I provide a judgement free safe space to help this happen. I love to work with adolescents (16+) and adults on their own healing journey and guide you in finding your own strength in the process.
I have experience with multiple theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CPT, EMDR and Mindfulness (among others). I also have specialized training including CAADC licensure (for helping those experiencing substance use disorders); we can work together to find the path that would benefit you best on your healing journey.
