The clients I work with don’t all look the same on paper. Different ages. Different identities.
But they all have one thing in common: They’re in the middle of a life transition.
Sometimes it’s obvious - divorce, menopause, new motherhood, relocation, coming out.
Sometimes it’s quieter - an academic shift, moving into adulting, becoming an empty nester, aging parents, career pivots, health changes.
And sometimes it’s internal: Realizing you’ve outgrown the life you built. Questioning your identity, faith, sexuality, or long-held roles. Noticing burnout you can’t push through anymore. I think of myself as a life midwife.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of clinical experience, and before that I spent decades immersed in a the complementary & alternative health field. My specialities include trauma, anxiety, late-identified neurodivergence, women's issues, LGBTQ, & life transitions. I hold certificates in clinical hypnotherapy and other trauma-informed models.
I know what it’s like to be the strong one. The one who holds everything together. I also know what it feels like to quietly question whether the life you’ve built actually fits you anymore. I understand the experience of feeling like the black sheep in certain spaces. Of seeing systems clearly. Of being both resilient and tired at the same time. I see you.
