Often, those barriers are due to past painful experiences, and I will work with you to compassionately facilitate your healing from those events.
I view therapy as a collaborative process, meaning that we will work together as a team and I will empower you to use your own voice as a tool in the counseling process as well in your own day-to-day life. When relevant, I enjoy using pop culture and “geek culture” as counseling tools, in addition to more traditional therapeutic approaches.
