I have a strong passion for working with individuals facing various life challenges. I am passionate and hold a certification to work with women who are experiencing perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. Together we explore the role of motherhood and the many challenges it can bring about while also working to find your me again post baby. I allow my clients the space for self-improvement along with a working collaborative relationship. I am also hold groups for expecting and postpartum moms. These run for 6 weeks at a time and are held virtually. I am happy to provide more information via email.
Working from a strength based approach, I will tailor my skills to meet the specific needs of each unique individual that I meet with. I believe everyone has innate strengths giving them the ability to find solutions in areas of their life causing discord.
I work to join with clients to help them break free of negative patterns. I know it takes courage to seek positive growth and change. I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to help individuals focus on building inner strength while working towards the goals they identify for themselves.
