As a licensed mental health and licensed addiction therapist, I am trained and utilize two primary therapeutic techniques RRT (rapid resolutions therapy) and EMDR.
ADDICTION SERVICES: If you are a family member with a loved one who is struggling with addiction, I can help facilitate an intervention. I am trained in the ARISE intervention model which takes a non-confrontational approach to heal the individual battling an addiction and the family system which is affected.
Grief/Loss: I am a Certified Grief Counselor Specialist. Bereavement and grief encompass a range of feelings from deep sadness to anger. The process of adapting to a significant loss can vary dramatically from one person to another. My treatment approach allows me to guide you through the sadness and emotional pain you may be experiencing.
