I specialize in treating individuals with depression and anxiety, as well as a wide variety of life challenges, such as career and marital struggles and other adjustment/transition issues, that individuals may face across the life spectrum. I also specialize in working with adults 65+ and caregivers as well as helping clients through grief and loss.
