I conduct psychodynamic therapy with an integrated biopsychosocial approach. I specialize in therapy for depression and anxiety, communication enhancement, work and career issues, life transitions, stress management, women's issues, issues of aging, and physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse issues. Hi! I am a clinical psychologist (PhD) trained at Penn State and the University of Pennsylvania. Though I work with many issues, I specialize in treating personality, sleep, and anxiety disorders as well as more unusual/rare/treatment-resistant conditions. I also conduct formal diagnostic assessments. A significant portion of my practice consists of providing clinical supervision or therapy to other therapists. I am currently licensed in MD and VA and can work with people in 37 other states (including DC) through my PSYPACT credential (i.e., via teletherapy).

Dr. Lindsay Suls is a Licensed Psychologist who obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Williams James College in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Suls is originally from Maryland and completed her undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Suls has several years of experience treating individuals within a diverse array of settings including college counseling centers, hospital inpatient units, private practices, community mental health clinics, and therapeutic day schools where she conducted individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessments.
