Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional with a private practice in Westfield, MA. My office is close to Holyoke Community College, and eight minutes from the Holyoke Mall. I specialize in co-morbid disorders, such as; anxiety, depression, women's transitional issues, and trauma. Assisting with transitional and family issues, such as; divorce, parenting, and grief. Providing supportive coaching, CBT, Gestalt, and self- empowerment. I am Trained in ART, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which has been very successful with PTSD, self-esteem, & anxiety. Through our work together, I want all of my clients to know two things; one is that they have value that cannot be taken away by anything or anyone and the other is that they do not have to struggle with mental health issues alone. Therapy is the place where you can be authentic and honest about struggles and can feel validated and heard rather than judged or dismissed.

I welcome youth and adults to my therapy practice. At this time I am still accepting new clients and am offering both in person and video sessions. The focus of my therapy continues to be supporting individuals, whatever their age, who are recovering from traumatic experiences.

Our lives can be difficult and demanding. Sometimes we do not receive the support that we need or would like to have. Life changing circumstances, whether recent or long standing, can result in feelings of anxiety, depression, anger and fatigue affecting your quality of life, your relationships and managing from day to day. When feeling overwhelmed coping can become difficult. I am also a guide and life coach who will assist you on your journey. I will help you to find resolve for your concerns, begin to imagine positive changes that will benefit you and create the life you wish to have.

I take a person-centered approach to all sessions with the focus being on what you want to see change and what is most important to you. I view my job as helping you to discover the strength that you already have inside of you. We find that strength together and then you learn how to use it every day to overcome life's obstacles. I believe that I am your support along this journey, but you are the guide and you ultimately have to be ready to make your own life better.

I believe in providing a comfortable and relaxed environment for clients to address issues identified in treatment. Collaborative treatment planning with my client allows for goals and objectives to be identified. Clients will begin the healing process using a variety of techniques, interventions, and theoretical approaches. In addition to outpatient therapy, I also serve as Guardian Ad Litem to Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden County probate courts evaluating high conflict/custody agreements and parenting plans.
