Experienced and caring! I have over 35 years of professional therapy experience in a variety of age groups and presenting problems. My specialties include anxiety, trauma. loss, and interpersonal relationships. I enjoy working with all kinds of people, adults and couples. If you have suffered loss of opportunity, difficulty in your workplace, dysfunction in your closest relationships, heartache that comes from not measuring up or rejection, I can assist in guiding you back to a meaningful and purpose filled life! If you need support developing personal goals and being accountable, I can help! Supervision for LPC also provided.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified in Trauma and Loss, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and a Certified Life Coach. I use an eclectic approach: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques, DBT, debriefing, Trauma Intervention, Communication Skill building, etc. I look forward to working with you!

Master's level graduates in Counseling or related field, receive the hours of supervision required for professional mental health licensure. $35 per hour. Each participant is responsible for filling out their preferred supervision form and giving it to me approval and signature. I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, CPCS #2214, Georgia. I have supervised numerous licensure candidates since 2015.
