My Corporate Critical Incident experience allows me to quickly assess trauma/problems and develop solution-focused resolutions to the most complex emotional, psychological & relationship problems.

I have 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I enjoy helping adults explore work and life balance, self-esteem issues, and promoting healthy relationships/boundaries. I work with children/teens with anxiety and self-esteem building while working together with their parents to empower them. I have experience teaching effective communication with facilitating premarital/marriage workshops and parenting classes. My clinical training also includes treating adults with depression, trauma, supporting military families/veterans, and postpartum depression.

Catherine Roberts is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 22 years of experience in the mental health field. She understands the unique issues of clients with different personal, ethnic, racial, and cultural backgrounds. Catherine enjoys working with clients who are experiencing self-identity and interpersonal relational issues that affect their job and family dynamics. This is her ideal type of client to work with because there is a lot of self-exploration the client will need to work on first. Some of the issues that will come up are self-loathing, lack of esteem, shame, and poor self-image.

Stephanie Leonard is a Licensed Supervising Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who has dedicated her life’s work to working with individuals who struggle with substance use and the families who love them. Currently, she provides services to individuals who are in the midst of their active addiction and are experiencing a higher acuity of clinically severe mental health symptoms as a direct result of their alcohol and/or drug use.

My goal as a therapist is to help you discover the "TRUE" you. We will work together in a positive fashion to help you discover the source of the challenges within life.
