It was 2013 when my husband and I received the diagnosis of unexplained infertility, explaining five years of unsuccessful pregnancy attempts. It is my own journey that drives my passion to support those also struggling on their path to and through parenthood. I assist adolescents development emotional maturity, self-confidence, positive coping strategies and a strong decision-making skills so parents can have a peace of mind. Lastly, I help couples express what they think, feel and want without the confusion, arguments, and shut down. We also host Wellness Retreats for Women focused on mind, body and spirit.

Grief and loss are normal and immensely painful emotions, often obtained by life-changing events such as the loss of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or a drastic change in life circumstances. It can manifest in various forms - emotional, physical, cognitive, behavioral, social, and spiritual. Grief and loss are deeply personal and unique, influenced by their personality, coping style, life experiences, and cultural and religious beliefs. As an experienced Grief Coach, I provide compassionate and tailored support. I offer a nurturing environment that fosters understanding and promotes healing.
