I work with woman who are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are high-achieving and high-capacity women who are deeply self-aware, yet find themselves stuck in patterns of people pleasing, or feeling disconnected from their own needs. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It's about helping you come back to yourself.
We also host Wellness Retreats for Women focused on mind, body and spirit.
My approach is warm, holistic, and affirming. I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based techniques, along with inner child work and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll gently explore the experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while also helping you build practical tools for change.
