At this time, I am NOT able to take any new clients. My ideal client is a person or family who is seeking change and who is looking for a therapist with an energetic, actively-involved, solution-focused style. When working with children, I use play therapy and will invite parents to play with us while teaching them what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. I will also teach the parents how to reinforce the same skills at home through play or other techniques. When working with teens and adults, I adjust my style in order to build a connection.

I have devoted over 20 years to the field of Social Work and enjoy providing clinical services to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families in need. My focus is on helping identify and build on your inner strengths to help you achieve your desired goals. Together we will develop healthy coping skills and strategies to challenge self-defeating thoughts and barriers, that can prevent you from obtaining the life that you desire.

I am a seasoned licensed mental health therapist that specializes in supporting adults and couples. I have advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy and nutrition. I support clients currently with anxiety disorders, depression, and addictions.
