An ideal client is between the ages of 8 and 25 years old and is someone who is experiencing challenges with their mental health, interpersonal relationships, emotional and/or behavioral regulation, or executive functioning. They may identify as LGBTQIA2S+. Their goals include developing insight into their challenges as a way to grow and learn about themselves. They are open to services and are looking for help to manage their challenging experiences.

My approach to therapy is person centered! I believe that building a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a judgment free environment, and that the ability to be empathic are all equally important regarding the therapeutic process. I apply an eclectic mix of individually tailored techniques and strategies in which the aim is to foster people’s increased functioning and optimal potential. Drawing from years of experience working as a clinical therapist, I have gained a comfortable grasp on working with multiple diagnoses as well as modalities including individual, couples, family, and group counseling.

Meeting the needs of students who learn differently. We provide person and online assessments. Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) Psychological, Neuropsychological Talented and Gifted Assessment IQ Evaluations, Achievement Testing, Social/Emotional Functioning, Learning Disabilities Testing and Autism screening. We also provide educational consults and attend team meetings for the development of the IEP.

I have worked with children and adolescents historically experiencing needs identified around trauma, ADHD, anxiety and depression. I continue to want to offer a supportive space to provide psychoeducation about various supports and systems to address client's needs in different ways. I continue to want to work with these individuals and look forward to growing myself as a clinician to work with clients across lifespan development.
