John believes that through helping others we improve the quality of life for our community and those effected with substance use and mental health.

Alexis Baird received her BS in Hospitality Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst before becoming a nurse practitioner and receiving BS and MSN from Regis College in 2007. Alexis is experienced in family medicine, diabetes management, managing psychiatric illnesses across the lifespan, as well as extensive practice in geriatrics and substance abuse management. Alexis is currently studying to receive her PMHNP certification.

My goal is to provide solution focused and compassionate treatment. I draw upon my more than twenty years of experience to work with each client, to address those primary issues which brought one into treatment and to join with my clients on their path towards greater functioning and stability.

Previous studies include B.A. in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University that made him understand that he was passioned about his career and then lead him to do a B.S.MCPHS at University in Boston and a M.A. at MCPHS University at Worcester.

I have more than twenty years working with all populations & ethnic groups in individual, group, couples and family therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders , trauma, anger management ,depression, post traumatic stress disorder, autism spectrum disorders and substance use. I have experience in conducting sex offender evaluations, anger evaluations, and trauma evaluations. I have experience working with court involved youth. My methods of therapies are cognitive behavioral, psycho-dynamic & motivational interviewing. I accept most major insurances including all Mass Health Plans. I am accepting new clients.
