I earned my Bachelors degree in psychology at Western New England College, and soon after went on to earn my Masters degree in counseling psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. I have worked with a wide range of clients for over 10 years in both residential and outpatient mental health settings. I now look forward to working with you at my husband's and my private outpatient practice, "Freeing Minds."

I am Latina, bilingual, person of color who focuses on cultural humility to build trusting relationships. Her practice is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. She believes in building trusting relationships that foster self-determination and meet individuals where they are with an emphasis on the here-and-now while making connections to the past.

I am passionate about working with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as supporting those who are newly exploring their gender and/or sexual identities. I also enjoy working with clients who are on the Autism Spectrum and clients with visible and invisible disabilities. My other clinical focuses include trauma and working with clients with dissociative disorders.

I have worked across a variety of mental health and substance use treatment settings for close to two decades. While I am trained in and utilize many different treatment modalities, Motivational Interviewing (MI) is at the heart of it all. Hello my name is Cassandra, I am a BCBA with 4 years of experience. I have experience in the public school setting, home setting, and clinic based setting . My areas of expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , ADHD, ODD, and general behavioral issues. My role as a BCBA includes using positive reinforcement strategies to help children who are having difficulty learning or acquiring new skills or are displaying problem behavior. This includes conducting Functional Behavior Analyses (FBAs), implementing behavior programs using reinforcement procedures, parent training sessions, social skills programming, and observations.

Meredith Prescott is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts with ten years of experience. She earned her Master in Social Work from Salem State University. Meredith believes in a treatment philosophy that is person-centered, holistic, and trauma informed. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys yoga, running, being outdoors, and traveling with family.

Ms. Brittney Nash treats children, teens, and young adults in both of our outpatient and Integrated Behavioral Health care settings. She utilizes evidence-based and transdiagnostic interventions, including person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy methodologies to restore and preserve the integrity of the child and family system. Education Ms. Nash earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte in 2020, with a concentration in Integrated Behavioral Health, and is currently a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
