I have experience working in a multitude of settings, including private practice, hospitals, community centers, outpatient, and private schools.

I have worked with adults, children, and families for many years, in educational and therapeutic capacities. Everyone experiences anxiety or unhappiness, from time to time; my goal is to help you, your child or family to overcome the difficulties you are experiencing. I will assist you to articulate and meet your individual goals, while focusing and building on your strengths, or those of your child.

I have an extensive background working with children and families. I believe most conflicts within a relationship comes down to effective communication skills, and an openness to look at one's own needs for self-growth. Our early childhood experiences, most often shape our belief systems, and these beliefs may not be moving us in the direction of our dreams and goals. Fear of failure, fear of judgement, fear of change, is often the cause for dreams unrealized. I offer virtal sessions for clients located in MA, NC, and CA. I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and adjustment to life transitions. I also have specialized training in helping individuals dealing with cancer, chronic illness, and prenatal/postpartum issues. I want to offer a safe environment where we can build trust & relationship, highlight and expand strengths you already have, and enhance self-awareness and coping skills. I have been working with young people and families for over 31 years in both community and school settings. During this time, I have learned so much from the many people I have worked with.
