I am honored and privileged to walk with individuals who desire more clarity, support, and encouragement through many of the struggles we experience in this life. I provide client-centered, strength-based psychotherapy for adolescents 16+, young adults, and adults. I partner with you, my client, to create a treatment plan that centers around your goals, dreams, and desires for better living.
Some of the tools I use to achieve that are narrative therapy, internal family systems "parts work", positive psychology, and psychodynamic work. At times, I can also integrate more concrete skill-building such as cognitive behavioral or dialetical behavioral therapy. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your story.
I specialize with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, family communication, and issues related to shame and vulnerability.
