Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) who is fully bilingual in English/Spanish. In life things don’t always turn out the way we’d hoped. We didn’t get that degree we said we were going to get, marriage or relationships didn’t last, our loved ones passed away, and we just might feel stuck. How do we make sense of life again? I have learned throughout life some people are placed in situations without the power to choose and some choose situations because they lack skills and knowledge of the effects of their decisions. Many individuals practice learned behaviors and the cycle continues for generations. Change is sometimes difficult to see with closed eyes.
