I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with alcohol or substance abuse. We will work together to identify key issues, thoughts, feelings and behaviors that lead to substance abuse. Often individuals experience problems with work, family and other interpersonal relationships. I will help you learn healthy ways to address the anxiety, fear and distorted thinking with CBT, REBT and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. As a compassionate and dedicated therapist and clinical social worker, I am passionate about assisting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. With licenses in both Louisiana and Utah, I have devoted the past six years to establishing a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where individuals can release their suppressed emotions, promote healing, and lead fulfilling lives. With a Master’s in Social Work, I specialize in helping clients navigate a broad range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, family conflicts, anger management, self-esteem, trauma & abuse, coping with major life changes, and more.

We want to treat the whole client, to understand your personal, family, professional, and social needs and goals so we can tailor services that are personalized for you. Clients are not all the same to us, and we feel that your individuality and personality should determine the kind of environment you need from your counselor.
