I specialize in treating trauma, eating disorders, and pregnancy related concerns including infertility and infant loss. Regina is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in assessing, diagnosing, and engagement in patient centered treatment planning. Regina is familiar with treatment modalities in suicidality for achievement of recovery goals within the least restrictive setting. Regina utilizes a strengths and solution-focused approach to support adults in improving their lives. Regina works within a collaborative team to ensure quality care and overall well-being through ANew Mental Health.

With over 25 years of counseling experience, I have developed a passion for working with people who have experienced challenges related to substance abuse, the criminal justice system, the child welfare system, gender identity, and being LGBTQ+. I also love helping people with anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, bipolar disorder, ADHD, excessive anger, unresolved trauma, grief, PTSD, and many other mental health needs. As an eclectic therapist, I use a variety of treatment modalities including CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, REBT, and SFBT, and am in the process of becoming certified in DBT.

Originally from Upstate New York, Kali moved to the Midwest and graduated with her M.Ed in Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University in 2020. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor currently working toward clinical licensure. She has a wealth of experience working with a variety of client populations and treating a variety of mental health needs including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other trauma-related conditions.

I strongly believe that therapy helps give every individual the power to own who they are, and who they want to be. No matter where you are in your walk of life I would love to be able to join you on your journey to healing. Life can bring a variety of situations that can often feel extremely overwhelming and defeating. Working towards healing from pain in the past, and finding one’s true authentic self is something that I strive to bring to all of my clients through my therapeutic process.

Talking (and listening!) are good ways to solve problems. People have been doing this for centuries, but few do it well. That's where I come in. My listening skills are fine-tuned, and I can help you to find where your blind spots are, if any, as well as help you brainstorm solutions to the struggles you are facing. I come from a Christian perspective, but I do not preach at people. I also come from a perspective that says there is always hope. That hope may not be visible yet, but it is there.

Joleena is Certified in the Treament of Sexual Addiction, is a Certified Betrayal Trauma Coach, a Certified Clinical Trauma and Addiction Specialist, with a Masters of Psychology in Grief Counseling, and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Joleena specializes in helping couples working through betrayal and addiction of all kinds. She also works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. Her passion is to provide a safe space for her clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.
