With RTT I can fix anything from skin conditions to weight issues, to phobias, to addictions, to chronic illness and disease, in just 1-3 sessions. I’m still seeing traditional therapy clients, but since my accreditation in RTT, I’m focusing on moving my practice to exclusively RTT and coaching clients. My target client includes anyone who has been unable to fix or heal from any type of issue, they’ve tried other ways, but have been unsuccessful! RTT is the missing link that can free you!

Therapy for Healthy Living has been established here in Hutchinson, Kansas for over 18 years working with people from many ages, cultures, and perspectives. As both a licensed clinical family therapist and a licensed clinical addiction counselor, I have been lucky to have met some very fascinating and interesting people along the way. I am a systems therapist which simply put means that I am interested in the total you - your background, your family, your current situation, and your hopes for the future.

As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT since 2005, I offer a dynamic and intensive relationship therapy/coaching experience. I have many years of experience diagnosing and treating a variety of sexually related issues, in addition to numerous other behavioral health issues, including mood disorders and substance abuse/addiction. I believe a therapy session is a very sacred space. I consider it a privilege to be chosen to accompany someone into that space and bear witness to their work.

I have been a Licensed Master Social Worker for more than 16 years. I have worked with teen boys at Judge Riddell Boys’ Ranch, teen girls at King’s Treatment, adult females at Miracles House, hospice patients, the homeless, and with members of the military and their families on 12 bases in 10 states as a Military & Family Life Counselor (MFLC). I received my BA in social work from Wichita State University and my Master of Social Work from Newman University. I use a variety of modalities and interventions, including Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy. My hope is for clients to feel safe and comfortable with me.

I have experience with various presenting issues such as: infertility, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, depression, and adolescent issues. I work with couples through Prepare Enrich and Couples Communication. I am also EMDR certified, which helps to provide a trauma based therapy. I am passionate about learning of a client's story and providing the necessary tools, skills, and education to help the client overcome their struggles. I seek to help clients improve their quality of life.
