My mission as a therapist is to ensure that you feel seen, heard, and valued throughout all seasons of life. I have a passion for working with children, teens, and adults in a holistic way that addresses the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each individual and family.
My area of specialization is in the treatment of trauma, but I have experience working with a multitude of life issues and mental health diagnoses. I work with ages 3 and up. My perspective is holistic and client centered. I utilize play therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and other interventions in my practice.
