Whether it's managing stress, navigating relationships, or coping with anxiety and depression, I provide personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs. In working at Coastal Connecticut Counseling, I have been able to address the barriers that many people face when seeking support.
We make sure that more clients have access to affordable mental health services by accepting insurance, offering financial assistance and providing Telehealth.
